Jason Cyr is the founder of Cycle Strategies, where he combines decades of racing experience, Special Forces discipline, and advanced exercise physiology to help athletes ride smarter, train stronger, and build lasting mental resilience.
 

An elite national competitor across multiple disciplines—including BMX, motocross, road cycling, cyclocross, and alpine ski racing—Jason now focuses on enduro, cross-country, and downhill mountain biking.
 

Based in Davis, West Virginia, Coach Cyr brings deep expertise, tactical insight, and genuine passion to every athlete and every ride—empowering riders to reach their full potential through science-driven, personalized coaching.
